Career Crafters, in association with premier hotel chains such as Four Seasons, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Omni, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, and many other renowned hotels and resorts, offers the J-1 USA Hotel Internship Program. This program is designed for hospitality graduates and students eager to enhance their skills and knowledge in the U.S. hospitality industry. Participants will receive hands-on training in their desired departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operations from the ground level to the supervisor level. This invaluable experience will provide them with a strong foothold in their desired industry.

The J-1 Visa is a non-immigrant visa issued through the Bridge USA Program, with 15 categories available. Career Crafters offers the ‘Intern’ and ‘Trainee’ categories to help students and recent graduates gain professional experience in the U.S. hospitality industry. Once approved for J-1 Visa sponsorship, all participants, except Canadian citizens, must attend an interview at a U.S. embassy/consulate to receive their J-1 visa. Eligibility Criteria

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE J1 INTERNSHIP VISA PROGRAM, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Students pursuing a degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Travel & Tourism.
  • Hospitality graduates with relevant work experience.
  • Diploma holders in Hotel Management or completed craft courses with 5 years of full-time industry experience.
  • Age between 18 to 30 years.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English to function effectively in the internship environment.
  • Commitment: Willing and able to commit to a full-time internship lasting between 6 to 12 months.
